These containers are designed to withstand harsh conditions, such as stormy sea voyages, and can be stacked up to seven stories high without additional structural support. In this hotel, which is only three stories tall, added reinforcements ensure it is structurally safe and sound. Eco-friendliness is central to the hotel’s design. Features include solar panels, water recycling systems, energy-saving lighting, and the use of upcycled materials. By reusing surplus containers, the hotel promotes sustainability while offering a unique and iconic look.
