Reception hours from December 16, 2025 to March 31, 2026: 8h00 – 12h00 / 12h30-19h00 / 19h30 – 24h00 Drop-offs outside these hours must be made at the Ukino Terrace Reception. The security guard’s phone number is available outside the reception for apartment key handover. Reception hours until December 15th & From April 1 to October 31, 2026 8h00 - 24h00. Clients arriving out of this schedule should go to Ukino Palmeiras Village to check-in. All Inclusive Schedule: Breakfast: 7:30 AM-10:30 AM Snack (morning) 10:30 AM-12:00 AM Lunch: 12:30 PM-15:00 PM Snack (afternoon) 15:30 PM-18:30 PM Dinner: 19:00 PM -22:00 PM The first meal included is lunch on the day of arrival and the last meal is breakfast on the day of departure. The contracted services end after check-out. From January 5th to 29th, the Terrace restaurant will undergo renovation. The reopening is scheduled for January 30th. During this period, breakfast and dinner will be served at the Açoteia restaurant of Ukino Palmeiras Village.
